Dread mornings? Welcome to the club. Sleeping is possibly my favorite activity. But mornings are the most productive and important part of the day. I am sure a lot of you would have noticed that if your morning hasn’t gone so well, your day doesn’t go too well either. How you start your mornings sets the tone for your entire day. Waking up early is possibly the best thing you can do to have a productive day. I feel less stressed though out the day if I have woken up early and did these few things in the morning.
Drink Lemon Water
Ditch the caffeine and make your self a glass of hot water and squeeze a few drops of fresh lemon juice in it. Not only does it aid in cleaning out your system, it also gets rid of the toxins and increases immunity.
Stretch Those Muscles
Admit it, we spend most hours of our day in front of the laptop or on our phones and most times our posture is not right. Doing a few neck and back stretches in the morning will not only help in getting rid of the knots and the pain but will also leave you feeling energized.
You need not meditate for 30 minutes. Well, if you can do it and you have the time, then nothing better but just take out 10-15 minutes in the morning. Forget everything and just concentrate on your breathing. It will keep your calm through out the day.
Plan Your Day
Make a To-Do list. It will keep you productive and also help you remember the things, which we sometimes tend to forget.
Have A Skincare Routine
It is important to prep your skin for the entire day of hard work. Use products suitable for your skin type. And don’t forget to apply sunscreen.
Have A Wholesome Breakfast
Skipping breakfast is one of the worst things you can do for your body. Have a healthy breakfast and you will end up feeling less cranky and jittery throughout the day.
Listen To Your Favorite Playlist
Lastly, just put on some music and have fun.
