It is November already and it has started getting a wee bit chilly here in Delhi. With the slight nip in the air, it is time to dish out some scarves. Scarves have become my favorite fashion accessory this fall-winter season. They are so versatile and a must have in every chic woman’s wardrobe. A good scarf instantly brightens even the dullest look.
Another month has passed by so quickly and now it is time for the monthly favorites again. Some of them are new purchases but some of them have been around for a long long time.
I am totally not a morning person. My morning time is so tightly packed between taking a shower, drying my hair, deciding what clothes to wear, sometimes ironing them too, having breakfast (which I mostly have on-the-go) that I barely get any time to do makeup. Otherwise too, I don’t like to put on too much makeup on everyday basis. I have really long working hour – 9 am to 9 pm mostly, so I don’t want to end up having clogged pores and want to let my skin breathe as much as possible. But nonetheless, I have come up with a routine that I love, my face looks put-together and takes me just about 5 – 7 minutes.
Exfoliation is an important step in your skin care regime that most people tend to skip. It is just as important as cleansing your skin. Dead skin often leads to clogged pores which in in turn leads to acne and dull skin. Regular exfoliation aids in getting rid of the dead skin and smooth and healthy texture. That doesn’t mean that you should exfoliate your skin every day. Over scrubbing would result in irritated skin. There are a lot of options for exfoliators, depending upon you skin type, available in the market these days. But today let us talk about the The Body Shop Seaweed Pore-Cleansing Facial Exfoliator.
As you would have read my earlier post [Healthy Recipe- Over Night Oats] where I mentioned that I have gained a lot of weight recently. I have been trying to be healthy and trying to incorporate some form of exercise. I have joined the gym (which I barely manage to go 3 times a week). But the days I don’t go to the gym, I try to watch what I eat and count my calories.
